The founders have in excess of 20 years of combined real estate and development experience and currently own and manage several million dollars’ worth of real estate.

On the basis that no one else will have the same incentives to manage our properties than ourselves, Sentry Property Group chooses to retain responsibility for this critical task.

The most important activity of property management is to carefully select the tenants who will occupy our properties. This applies in all aspects including financial reliability and care for the property, Therefore in selecting tenants, Sentry Property Group goes to great lengths to perform complete background checks from a criminal, financial, and previous landlord verification. We only want people who are reliable, will pay their full rents on time, and will care for our properties just as if they were their own. We apply as much if not more diligence in this process as if we were a bank deciding whether to approve a mortgage application.

The second half of the equation is to properly maintain our properties at reasonable cost. It is our goal to ensure any maintenance is performed quickly and within code by competent professionals. This not only ensures tenant satisfaction but guarantees the property maintains and increases its value.
